Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

            A: The SF Shop Inc accepts the payment method Paypal, All Major Credit Card, Phone Payment.

 

Q: Where is my tracking number?

            A: Please log on your account.Click "Order Status" for shipping update.

 

Q: Do you charge restocking fee?

            A: No restocking fee and hassle free return as long item in its original seal condition! Please Refer to Shipping & Return for detail (Restocking Fee May Apply on some item)..

 

Q:Do you combine shipping?

            A:We combine shipping on all orders. All we work our best to get your the best shipping rate.  (We do not mark up on shipping).

 

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

            A:We normally ship all orders within 1 business day after payment has cleared (excluding holiday and weekend). We will email you a order confirmation and will email a tracking # to the email address provided during payment.

 

Q: What's the shipping rate for APO, PR, HI, AK and International order?

            A: Shipping rate only for 48 states, but welcome to contact us for shipping rate for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Island, APO and Alaska or international order .

 

Q:What is your return policy?

            A:Items can be returned if in original packaging. Customers must contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to returning any products. Buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping cost. If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, we will also deduct the shipping charge (as calculated by www.ups.com / www.usps.com published rate) from the total amount.

 

Q: Why I still got charge for shipping when I purchased item on Free Shipping Promotion?

            A: It is Free Shipping for customer to keep the order. Free shipping promotion does not mean we don't have to for shipping to have the merchandise ship to you.
